Real Atrium Wedding: Joe and Emily

January 13, 2026 Kristen Kane

Linnea Marie Photography

Many of you may recognize this beautiful bride. Emily has spent many hours supporting our couples as part of the Kristen Kane Events team, and this fall, it was her turn to be celebrated as she married Joe at The Atrium in Prospect, PA.

Being on the other side of the clipboard is always special, but assisting with planning and coordinating a wedding for one of our own team members made this day especially meaningful. Emily knows firsthand just how much planning, communication, and organization goes into a smooth wedding day — and trusting Kristen Kane Events to manage her own celebration was an honor we don’t take lightly.

A Thoughtfully Planned Wedding Day in Butler County

From the moment the doors opened at The Atrium, every detail of Joe and Emily’s wedding day unfolded seamlessly. Their timeline was carefully structured to allow for a relaxed morning, a meaningful ceremony, and a celebration that felt effortless for the couple and their guests alike.

This is exactly why professional wedding day coordination is so important, especially in Butler County, where venues, vendors, and logistics can vary widely. Our role was to ensure vendors were aligned, the timeline stayed on track, décor was placed exactly as planned, and Emily and Joe could truly be present for every moment.

Ceremony & Reception Highlights

The ceremony was officiated by Pastor Joel Benson, who delivered a heartfelt service that reflected Joe and Emily’s faith and commitment to one another. Soft florals and thoughtfully selected rentals from Weddings by Jeff Double, transformed The Atrium into a warm and inviting space that balanced elegance with comfort.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to an incredible meal by Medures Catering, followed by a beautiful cake from Sweet Treats Bakery by Jen Christy. As a fun and unexpected surprise, Kona Ice rolled in with a dessert truck that added a playful, personal touch to the evening.

The celebration continued on the dance floor with DJ Mike Simmons keeping the energy high all night long.

A Dream Vendor Team

Joe and Emily were surrounded by a vendor team that understands the importance of collaboration and communication — something we emphasize with every wedding we coordinate.

Hair was flawlessly done by Ericka from Monarch Collective, while Linnea Marie Photography captured every moment with care and artistry. Videographer Zaikelso documented the day beautifully, preserving both the big moments and the quiet ones in between.

As always, Kristen Kane Events managed wedding day coordination from start to finish, ensuring that each vendor had what they needed, transitions were smooth, and nothing felt rushed or stressful.

From Assistant to Bride

Watching Emily experience her own wedding day with confidence and calm was a full-circle moment for our team. She trusted the process, trusted her vendors, and trusted her timeline. That trust made all the difference.

Joe and Emily’s wedding is a perfect example of what’s possible when couples invest in professional wedding day coordination. Our goal is always the same: to protect your peace, manage the details, and allow you to focus on what truly matters.

If you’re planning a wedding in Butler County or the surrounding Pittsburgh area and want a stress-free wedding day experience, we’d love to help.
